2010 / 2011 Late Season AYSO Registration

When: Saturday June 5th 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Where: Trenton Westfield Activities Center

(On Westfield just north of the Trenton Library and west of Trenton High School)

Who: Open to all boys & girls

Born August 1, 1995 thru July 31, 2006

Players are placed on teams on a first come, first served basis .

* In order to complete the registration process you must present on June 5th the completed forms and payment (See back of page for instructions)

Separate teams for boys & girls / Coed for U6 (5 year old) who play on Friday evenings
Special Program for U5/U6 (5 year old and younger) players. Master Coach Concept where players receive 30 minutes of instruction followed by a 20-30 minute game. Teams formed weekly.
U8 – U15 divisions have 8 games in Fall 2010 and 8 games in Spring 2011 for one low price of $90 per player.
U-5 and U6 divisions will play 6 games each of the sessions. Players get to keep uniform package

American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Philosophies:

What to bring: 2 copies of the registration form and 2 copies of your volunteer form (required)

$90 for each player in the family (players get to keep the uniform package)

Name and telephone number of family doctor

Medical insurance and carrier name

First time registrants need a copy of their birth certificate

Make checks payable to AYSO Region 205 ($35 fee for returned checks)

Only one adult needed to register. No children, if at all possible

Parents & Players

1. Log on to www.eayso.org.

2. Select the category that describes your registration (FIRST TIME OR I’ve USED eAYSO BEFORE)

3. Enter required information as specified by eAYSO to register the player.

4. Please enter an email address in the correct field in order to receive communication from the Region such as upcoming events, picture day, trophy distribution, etc.

5. YOU MUST PRINT two copies of the form and bring them with you to Registration.

** You MUST list someone other than the Parent or Guardian as the emergency contact!

If you are a Coach or Volunteer

1. Log on to www.eayso.org.

2. Select the category that describes your registration (FIRST TIME OR I’ve USED eAYSO BEFORE)

3. Enter required information as specified by eAYSO to register as a Volunteer. Include an email address.

4. YOU MUST PRINT two copies of the form and bring them with you to registration day.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You need to have Acrobat Reader in your machine to print forms. If your computer does not have Acrobat Reader, click on the Acrobat link and download the Reader.

2. Ensure that you have a printer connected to your computer to print the form.

3. Forms can be downloaded and printed only after completing Step 8 or 9. Please check the contents of the form. Use the View/Edit option in My eAYSO to update player or volunteer information and print the form again.

The Region plays a randomly scheduled season. U5 & U6 divisions are the only divisions which play a consistent schedule; U5/U6 will have their practice and games either Friday night or Saturday morning. All other divisions play Monday thru Thursday and Saturdays. Sunday play is only scheduled when absolutely required. It’s up to your child’s coach to establish practice dates and times at his/her convenience.

Please remember that this is a volunteer program! We need everyone's help and if you are unhappy with a coach or a referee, we would be happy to have you join the volunteer family. Please email anyone on the Board List for more information.

Smoking reminder & Pets:

Please remember there is no smoking 100 yards from any playing field and AYSO is a smoke free organization. Also, there is NO pets allowed at anytime at the fields, practice or game.
