Volunteer Information

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Thank-you for volunteering to be an AYSO volunteer. The players, coaches, board members, and families applaud you. Please e-mail me when you have completed the volunteer form. AYSO is now requesting a $25 volunteer fee to cover step 2 in background checks. Our region will pay the $25 fee for all volunteers. If you have any questions, please contact me using the contact information at the bottom of this document.

VOLUNTEER FORM
please go to "www.ayso205.org" and complete the volunteer form.
You will then need to complete the next 2 listed requirements

SAFEHAVEN
please go to "AYSOU" and click on the "AYSOU" box on the top right of the page.
Please follow the on-line instructions to complete the training on "Safehaven" which
should take no longer than 15-30 minutes

CONCUSSION
please do the same as above, but follow the on-line instructions for the "concussion" training
which should take about 20 minutes
